Our story
We are Lorenzo Polin and Alfredo Polin, two brothers with different crafts and the same way of seeing things. Lorenzo comes from pizza, Alfredo from pastry, but we’ve always shared the same obsession with quality, detail, and doing things properly.
Polin is where our two worlds come together, shaped by family, years of work, and the desire to build something that feels truly our own.
